How we handle information about website visitors and people who contact ABM.
Updated: 13 October 2026Who is responsible
The controller is შპს „ეი-ბი ემ“ (ABM). Contact: P. Kavtaradze Street, I Lane, No. 10, Tbilisi 0186, Georgia; [email protected]; +995 32 2151 151. Use the same email address for data protection requests.
Information we use
Cloudflare hosts and secures this website and receives your IP address, requested URL and technical request information. When you submit a form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and device signals and your IP address to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. ABM sends Turnstile a submission identifier and a one-way fingerprint of the submission, not the message text or CV documents. Search and filtering run in your browser. Enquiries can include your name, organization, email, product and request details. Choosing Send enquiry sends those details through Cloudflare and Google Apps Script to ABM’s Google Workspace email. The alternative email-draft option opens your email application; you decide whether to send that draft. Recruitment information is covered separately in our Recruitment privacy notice.
Purposes and legal grounds
We use pre-contractual or contractual necessity to respond to requests for a quotation or service at your initiative; general business correspondence relies on a legitimate interest in responding, balanced against your rights. Technical processing serves our legitimate interest in delivering and securing the requested website. Providing enquiry details is voluntary, but we cannot reply without contact information.
Recipients and external services
ABM uses Cloudflare for website hosting, security and form delivery, Google Apps Script to validate submissions and send them, and Google Workspace for business email. Enquiries and application documents are delivered to [email protected] for the ABM staff handling the request. The Contact page loads Google Maps automatically, sharing your IP address and browser information with Google. Manufacturer and social-network links take you to separate websites with their own policies. ABM does not add advertising pixels or analytics trackers to this website.
How long information is kept
The privacy-notice acknowledgement expires after 180 days. Saved laboratory plans and preferences remain in your browser until cleared; temporary enquiry text lasts for the tab session. The delivery service keeps reference numbers, keyed hashes and counters to prevent spam and duplicate delivery. These records expire within 48 hours and are removed on subsequent requests or by a scheduled daily cleanup. This technical store contains no message bodies, CVs, raw email addresses or raw IP addresses. Correspondence and documents delivered to ABM remain in its email system; retention depends on the active request, any resulting contract or service, applicable record-keeping obligations and the need to resolve a complaint or legal claim. Personal data must not be kept longer than needed for those purposes. Hosting and email providers also process technical records under their service terms. Contact [email protected] about your records or to request deletion; clearing browser storage does not delete sent emails.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in law, you may request information, access and a copy, correction, updating, termination of processing, erasure or blocking. Portability applies to qualifying automated processing. This website makes no solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you. Information and access requests normally have a 10-working-day deadline, extendable by up to 10 further working days in justified exceptional cases with immediate notification. Other rights have their own statutory deadlines and exceptions.
Requests and complaints
Manage saved plans and preferences on the Cookies & browser storage page. Clearing local data does not delete sent emails or information already received by external providers. Contact [email protected] about your rights. You may also complain to the State Audit Office of Georgia or apply to a court.
Sensitive information and marketing
Forms are not intended for patient records, genetic or health information, identity documents or passwords. Do not send these. Making an enquiry does not give marketing consent. Newsletter subscriptions and direct marketing are not enabled in this version.
External processing and policy updates
Cloudflare and Google operate international services, so information may be processed outside Georgia. Their privacy information is linked below. Georgian law sets the conditions for international transfers and the safeguards required where applicable. Contact [email protected] for information about the processing of your data. This notice describes the services currently used by the website and will be updated when those services or data-handling practices change.
