Conditioning Reagent Dx is supplied in a ready-to-use pouch for Applied Biosystems Dx genetic analyzers. The manufacturer specifies polymer-pump conditioning tasks, including priming, washing when changing polymer type and instrument shutdown. It is an in vitro diagnostic reagent for the specified Dx analyzers and is not interchangeable with the non-Dx reagent or validated for unrelated systems.
