GeneJET RNA Cleanup and Concentration Micro Kit uses a silica-membrane spin column to concentrate previously purified RNA and clean up samples after enzymatic reactions, including DNase treatment. Its intended role is RNA cleanup and concentration; it should not be presented as a general primary extraction kit for untreated samples.
