KingFisher Presto is designed to integrate with a compatible robotic liquid handler for automated purification of nucleic acids, proteins and cells. It is not a standalone purification system. The manufacturer provides 24- and 96-sample head configurations and BindIt software for protocol management; the selected head and liquid-handler integration determine the workflow.
