LinkSēq HLA typing kits use real-time PCR within histocompatibility and immunogenetics workflows.

LinkSeq uses real-time PCR with sequence-specific primers for HLA DNA typing. The manufacturer describes assays for Class I and Class II alleles; the linked HLA-ABCDRDQDP+ example covers HLA-A, B, C, DR, DQ and DP. Locus coverage, tray format and regulatory labeling should be checked for the selected LinkSeq kit.
