Luminex-based transplant laboratory workflows include bead-based HLA typing and antibody analysis. In LABScreen Single Antigen assays, individually coated beads support investigation of HLA antibody specificity. HLA DNA typing and antibody testing address different parts of the laboratory workflow and require their respective assays, analysis tools and validation.
