The 384-sample POP-7™ polymer is designed for 3500 ⁄ 3500xl genetic analyzers.
POP-7 is a separation polymer for compatible 3500 and SeqStudio Flex capillary-electrophoresis systems. It supports sequencing and fragment analysis and dynamically coats the capillary surface to control electro-osmotic flow. Its formulation is distinct from POP-4 and POP-6.
