The Qubit RNA HS Assay Kit, when used with the Qubit Fluorometer, provides an accurate and selective method for the quantitation of low-abundance RNA samples.

Qubit RNA HS is a fluorescence-based assay for selective measurement of total RNA, ribosomal RNA and larger messenger RNA species. It is designed for Qubit fluorometers and is selective for RNA over double-stranded DNA. The kit includes reagent, buffer and RNA standards. Small-RNA measurements require an appropriate separate assay.
