RecoverAll is intended for extracting nucleic acids from fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue. The kit supports recovery of total nucleic acids, including microRNAs, from FFPE material. The manufacturer lists downstream uses including PCR, real-time RT-PCR, sequencing, mutation screening and microarray analysis. AM1975 is the source-listed 40-purification format.
