A microvolume UV-Vis spectrophotometer for nucleic acid and protein quantification and sample quality assessment.

NanoDrop One measures nucleic acids and proteins by microvolume UV–visible absorbance. Its pedestal system uses small sample volumes, while Acclaro analysis helps identify contaminants and assess sample quality. The instrument has a touchscreen for standalone operation. The separate OneC model adds a cuvette position; that feature should not be attributed to every NanoDrop One.
