The Qubit 4 fluorometer supports sensitive nucleic acid and protein quantification and compatible RNA quality assays.
Qubit 4 measures DNA, RNA and protein with compatible Qubit fluorescence assays. It also supports the Qubit RNA IQ assay, which distinguishes intact from degraded RNA. Touchscreen menus guide assay selection, and an onboard reagent calculator supports working-solution preparation. The manufacturer lists storage for up to 1,000 sample results. Required assay kits are selected separately from the fluorometer.
