CVP-2 is a combined centrifuge and vortex mixer for PCR plates. It can automate repeated spin–mix–spin cycles for two plates, or run the centrifugation and mixing functions separately. Plate compatibility depends on format: semi-skirted, non-skirted and 384-well plates require the appropriate manufacturer-listed adapters.
